When you signup for the monthly newsletter, The JMD Monthly, we require the following information:

We require this information in order to send you the newsletter, which included information about writing projects, books, upcoming events, and eBook giveaways. Your email will not be used for anything else besides this newsletter, it will not be sold or given it to anyone else. You can unsubscribe at any time. An unsubscribe link will be provided at the bottom of each email.
The newsletter service used by Juliemdobson.com is MailChimp.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

I managed to reach that goal, bleary-eyed, with frazzled hair at 10:30 pm – nearly the eleventh hour. Now I know how authors feel when the deadline is looming to the final hours, and that word count is crawling to the end goal.
